Returns and Other Terms of Sale
Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will accept your return of unused merchandise for a full refund excluding shipping charges.
Full priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
All sale item purchases will be considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
Returned items should include all the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.
All returned items must include a completed Return Exchange Form, otherwise they will be returned to the sender at their own cost.
Please use the pre-printed USPS label we have provided you with. If you decide not to use this label, please select a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery and fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Customers using their own carrier will be responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange, or replacement.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases arrive damaged.
How to Return
- Make sure the product you are returning is in the same condition in which it was delivered to you with original packaging.
- Complete and print out the Return / Exchange Form (PDF) and include it with the item(s) you are sending back.
- Carefully pack the item(s) and please remember to cut the return label from the upper left corner of the return form and to include the completed return / exchange form in the package.
- Send the items back to us at Liza Auchincloss.
- Seal the box, attach the return label securely by covering it with clear packing tape or gluing it to the box, and mail it.
- If you prefer, you may ship the return package using a courier of your choice.
- Please send your return to Auchincloss Williams Inc. dba: Liza Auchincloss, 4653 Carmel Mountain Road, Suite 303-323, San Diego, CA 92130.
Once we receive your shipment, you will receive an email indicating we received your shipment.
In the case that your return is denied, we will let you know the reason why. Please note that the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
Refunds & Processing Time
Given your return arrives to us within the 14 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will receive an email from our side, confirming that your return has been processed. Please keep in mind, your banking institution may require an additional 30 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Auchincloss Williams dba: Liza Auchincloss.
It’s free to exchange items for a different style within 14 days, based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item within the United States. To exchange an item, simply complete the Return Exchange Form.
Other Terms of Sale:
It should be noted by our customers that the photographs showing our products may vary from the original photos because of different customer screen settings and the lighting when the original photos were taken.
Furthermore, our jewelry pieces are hand-crafted creations, each piece may have some casting and “finishing” irregularities and slight color differences. This is to be expected as it is inherent with the hand-made process of casting each individual piece. Any minor irregularities should not be considered to be major defects that would affect the validity of the order.
We only accept website (online) orders.
Ordering on our site is easy. After you have added the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag it will display the items in it. When you are ready to complete your order proceed to checkout.
You can view your orders by clicking MY ACCOUNT and logging in.
Email is the most efficient way to get your questions answered regarding orders: email@example.com.
Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to addresses in California.
We accept website (online /internet) orders only and offer the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout. Order processing time may be up to 10 business days before the order is shipped.
We offer USPS ground shipping for domestic orders within the United States. We are not able to ship outside the United States at this time. Please keep in mind that orders may take up to 10 business days to process before they are shipped. Upon completing the checkout process, you will receive an email with your order number and product information.
Every so often, mistakes do happen but we will do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have in a timely manner. If you notice that we have made an error with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it. Please include your order number when contacting us. We will try our best to reply to you within 24 hours.
You may cancel any order if the order status is in process. If the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
